Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and any supplementary documents published by m.fb001:

• "Platform" means the m.fb001 website accessible at mfb001.net, including all associated pages, game interfaces, account management tools, and payment processing systems.
• "m.fb001" or "the Operator" or "we" or "us" refers to the operating entity responsible for the m.fb001 platform.
• "Player" or "you" or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the m.fb001 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the m.fb001 registration process.

To be eligible to register an Account and participate in Real Money Play on m.fb001, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age;

• You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of m.fb001, its affiliates, or any technology or service provider directly associated with the Platform;

• You are of sound mind and capable of entering into legally binding agreements under Philippine law;
• The funds you deposit originate from legitimate sources and you are not engaging in money laundering or any other financial crime.

m.fb001 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in Account suspension pending verification.

Each eligible individual may register only one Account on m.fb001. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested in the registration form. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly should any changes occur.

4.2 KYC Verification

Before your first withdrawal, m.fb001 requires completion of KYC identity verification. Acceptable Philippine identification documents include, but are not limited to: a valid Philippine Passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, PRC ID, or Voter's ID. m.fb001 may request proof of address and source of funds documentation at its discretion.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your m.fb001 login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — is deemed authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach to m.fb001 support prior to such activity. m.fb001 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account.

All financial transactions on m.fb001 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). m.fb001 supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Transfer, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet. Available methods and limits are subject to change.

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your m.fb001 Wallet instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may require additional processing time depending on the originating bank. m.fb001 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. For fully verified accounts, GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of the request. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. m.fb001 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks prior to processing large withdrawal requests.

5.3 Payment Ownership

All payment methods associated with your m.fb001 Account must be registered in your own name. Deposits from or withdrawals to payment accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

5.4 Fund Security

Player funds held in m.fb001 Wallets are maintained separately from m.fb001 operational funds. In the event of operational difficulties, player balances are protected to the extent required under applicable Philippine regulations.

m.fb001 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the general provisions of these Terms & Conditions and any specific terms published with each individual offer.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be processed. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts are detailed in each promotion's dedicated terms page.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

m.fb001 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions including but not limited to: exploiting wagering loopholes, creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome offers, collusion between players, or employing automated wagering systems to satisfy requirements constitute bonus abuse. m.fb001 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom in cases of suspected bonus abuse.

All games available on m.fb001 — including slots, live dealer casino games, bingo, fishing games, and table games — are governed by their individual game rules as presented within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before wagering real money.

7.1 RNG Certification

Random Number Generator (RNG) games on m.fb001 use independently certified algorithms to determine outcomes. Certification is conducted by recognised testing laboratories. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements — cards, roulette wheels, dice — under controlled studio conditions.

7.2 Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, m.fb001 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Wallet. The decision regarding malfunction resolution is at m.fb001's sole discretion. Malfunction voids all pays and play.

7.3 Disconnection

If a Player is disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, any bet already placed before disconnection remains valid. Upon reconnection, the outcome of the round will be visible in the Player's bet history. m.fb001 is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on m.fb001 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registration or use of an Account by a person under 21 years of age;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Operating, accessing, or benefiting from more than one Account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or using m.fb001 for money laundering purposes;
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate transactions with payment providers;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward m.fb001 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.

m.fb001 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Filipino players. In accordance with PAGCOR compliance standards and the Platform's own social responsibility obligations, the following tools are available to all registered Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits to your Wallet. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, further Real Money Play is suspended for the designated period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure a maximum continuous play duration. An alert is displayed when the limit is approached, and the session is flagged upon reaching it.

All content on the m.fb001 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game assets, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of m.fb001 or its licensed third-party game providers, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not extend to reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, m.fb001 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Losses resulting from third-party service interruptions, including payment processor outages or internet service provider failures;
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Losses sustained during periods of scheduled or unscheduled platform maintenance.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion is prohibited by mandatory applicable law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence on the part of m.fb001.

m.fb001 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).

Upon Account termination for violations, m.fb001 reserves the right to withhold any balance attributable to bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Real-money deposits in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player following completion of any required investigation, subject to applicable regulatory and legal obligations.

m.fb001 aims to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly. If you wish to raise a complaint regarding a game outcome, financial transaction, or any other aspect of your m.fb001 experience, the following process applies:

1. Submit your complaint in writing to m.fb001 customer support, providing your account username, the date and time of the issue, the relevant transaction or game round reference, and a clear description of the disputed matter.
2. m.fb001 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide an initial response within 7 business days.
3. If the resolution provided is unsatisfactory, you may escalate the complaint to the designated escalation team, whose decision will be issued within 14 business days.
4. The final determination by m.fb001's dispute resolution process represents the Platform's last administrative step. Players retain their right to pursue remedies through applicable Philippine regulatory bodies thereafter.

All disputes arising from betting outcomes are subject to the game server logs maintained by m.fb001. In cases of conflict between the Player's device display and the server records, the server records shall prevail.

m.fb001 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, and the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the m.fb001 Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or any breach thereof, that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

The m.fb001 Platform operates within the regulatory framework of PAGCOR. Players acknowledge that by accessing m.fb001, they submit to the jurisdiction of the Philippines for the purposes of any legal proceedings related to their use of the Platform.
